This is a hands-on leadership role that will oversee the full spectrum of financial management, driving cost efficiencies and ensuring strong financial controls. Supporting senior leadership, you will play a key role in guiding the organisation's financial direction and partnering with operational teams to deliver sustainable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
* Monitor and optimise fleet operating and administration costs to improve utilisation and reduce overheads
* Manage banking relationships, treasury, and cashflow activities
* Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
* Prepare accurate financial reports, analysis, and insights to support decision making
* Partner with leadership on projects, capital expenditure, and ad hoc analysis
About you
You are a commercially minded finance professional with strong technical accounting knowledge and proven experience managing costs in a dynamic business environment. You will bring:
* CA or CPA qualification (or working towards)
* Solid experience in financial management, with exposure to fleet, treasury, or asset administration highly regarded
* Strong hands-on capability across cashflow, reporting, and financial operations
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to partner effectively across teams
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach and strong problem-solving ability
