Your Role as Restaurant Manager:
* Operational Leadership: Build rosters, streamline daily operations, and ensure efficiency across every shift.
* Financial Management: Manage P&L, stock, and implement strategies for cost control and waste reduction.
* Team Building: Lead a passionate team, set service standards, and foster a thriving environment.
* Standards Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space reflecting our core values.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
* Proven experience managing in QSR or similar hospitality environments.
* Strong financial skills, including P&L, rostering, and inventory management.

* Availability for a flexible 40-hour workweek with a mix of day and evening shifts.
