Flanco is a Tasmea Company – a growing civil contracting company servicing the mining & resources sector with various ongoing projects running nationwide with Perth and Kalgoorlie branches. We have a new opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our team in our Perth head office on a full time basis.
About You
The Office Administrator would support our administration team across multiple civil construction projects on mine sites across Australia. Based in the Bayswater office, supporting the operational and administration requirements with flexibility across various projects. We value team members and have a willingness to help each other out in peak periods to get the job across the line. Tasks & Responsibilities
* General office administration tasks including answering incoming calls and queries
* Ordering and receipting stationary and supplies
* Monthly stock take and reconciliation of uniforms and materials
* Ensure office kept in a tidy, well-maintained condition and any maintenance or safety matters are attended to
* Providing Project, Operational and Mobilisation administrational support as required, including site personnel mobilisation, access, transport, rostering, flights and accommodation
* Schedule medical bookings to suit Flanco work commitments, whilst maintaining client submission procedures
* Ensure correct inductions and training is completed in accordance with client processes
* Administrative support across areas including equipment care and maintenance, document control and record keeping, employee and training records, timesheets, finance support
* Any other duties assigned by the line manager
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role
* Valid driver's license
* Strong computer literacy (MS Office)
* Well organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to multitask, prioritise and think on your feet
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage own workload
Desirable
* Previous experience in blue collar industry
* Valid National Police Check or the ability to obtain
