• Reporting directly to and working closely alongside the Used Car Sales Manager
• Assist in the day-to-day running of a high-volume used vehicle department and help deliver results
• Drive your team to smash KPIs with strong coaching and leadership
• Assist with trade valuations, pricing, stock control, and reconditioning processes
• Review and maintain detailed knowledge of our stock, keeping accurate and up-to-date data for the dealership
• Assist in running the used car delivery department, ensuring smooth handovers and excellent customer experiences
• Own the presentation and upkeep of the yard
• Lead and be across the CRM process
• Build and maintain a customer-first culture that keeps people coming back
• Lead by example - crush your own sales targets while inspiring others
• Collaborate with senior leadership to push profit and volume beyond expectations

• Proven background as a high-performing Assistant Sales Manager or Used Car Manager
• Robust understanding of sales, finance, and car care processes
• Strong understanding of yard layout and presentation methods - including experience leading full yard changes
• Leadership skills that get teams firing on all cylinders
• Ability to train, capture your team's attention, and inspire peak performance
• Knowledge of trade-ins, pricing strategy, stock management, and compliance
• Strong organisational skills and priority management
• A detail-focused, process-driven mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
• Valid Victorian driver's licence
• Proactive attitude with outside-the-box thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Strong inner drive and work ethic
