Job Summary

This role supports the success of our operations by ensuring timely and accurate processing of daily timesheets, generating and reconciling monthly claims, managing document control and data entry, booking travel and fatigue management, and providing administrative support to site managers.


Key Responsibilities

* Reconcile daily timesheets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Generate and reconcile monthly claims in a timely manner.
* Manage document control and data entry processes to maintain organizational efficiency.
* Arrange travel and manage fatigue for team members as required.
* Support site managers with administrative tasks and provide reporting on project completion.


Requirements

* Previous experience in site-based administration.
* Strong Excel skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A commitment to health and safety practices.
