AustCorp is supporting an international firm in securing a strong, skilled & stakeholder-orientated Facilities Services/HSE Coordinator to support teams undertaking Planned & Reactive Maintenance, Minor Works & Soft Services across a large site. You will be a trusted advisor & build relationships with key contacts, stakeholders & service providers.

They are seeking to appoint a Facilities Services/HSE Coordinator to support the delivery of all maintenance, minor works & soft services activities across a large site.
**Base Criteria**:
Qualified in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Business Management or Engineering (M&E/HVAC), with 4+ years Facilities Management experience; along with both a strong practical & strategic understanding of integrated service delivery or support services.
**Outline Duties**:
Cert 4 in OHS will be an advantage, working with managers, supervisors & a team of technical & support staff.
Support the delivery of a range of planned / reactive maintenance; minor works & soft services with a strong focus on outcomes & relationships & long-term contract delivery strategy.
**Skills & Attributes**:
- Permanent Australian Resident / Citizen, able to secure National Police Clearance & additional checks.
- Management of HSE to AS/NZS4801 including site audits, contractor quality checks, subcontractor performance reviews.
- Ensure that the planned maintenance schedule is updated & completed on the CMMS.
- Schedule subcontractor jobs to ensure KPIs are met.
- Management & updating budget & forecast.
- Facilities Management, Hospitality, Engineering or Building Services experience supporting delivery across a portfolio of sites or a large site.
- Strong compliance & operational excellence skills.
- 4+ years' experience supporting a team of facilities management staff providing clear information, reports & timescales to ensure they meet KPI's.
- An excellent written & verbal communicator, with fluent English language skills, you will provide clear and concise information & reports & undertake internal & external stakeholder interface.
- Engaging personality, well-presented & able to delegate responsibilities to ensure duties are completed.
- A strong coordinator who can engage fully with frontline staff (direct and contract), undertake walk-rounds & also provide regional head-office support & stakeholder engagement.
