Transaction Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to drive the strategic expansion of our parcel locker network through innovative partnerships and transactional excellence.
This is a hybrid role that requires attendance at our office in Richmond at least 3 days a week. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving network expansion through strategic partnerships with property owners, managers, and occupiers.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Drive network expansion through strategic partnerships with property owners, managers, and occupiers
* Identify and engage key stakeholders across government and private investment sectors
* Coordinate lease and license documentation with paralegal teams to meet established KPIs
* Conduct market analysis and asset due diligence to inform strategic leasing decisions
* Lead cross-functional meetings with stakeholders and commercial partners
* Collaborate with Operations teams to drive transactional outcomes and implementation of new parcel lockers
* Manage Salesforce platform and provide comprehensive pipeline reporting
* Transform complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making
* Monitor market dynamics and provide strategic recommendations on expansion opportunities
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
* 5+ years in transaction management and leasing (logistics or real estate preferred)
* Strong analytical and data management capabilities
* Advanced negotiation and communication skills
* Cross-functional collaboration experience with technical teams
* Proficiency in CRM systems and project management software
