- **Program Support**: Assist in the planning, organization, and delivery of community programs and events, ensuring they meet the needs of participants.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Help maintain accurate client records, manage appointments, perform data entry, and support the day-to-day operations of the office.
- **Community Outreach**: Participate in community outreach activities, engaging with local organizations, and promoting The Well Team's services to foster stronger relationships.
- **Field Work**: Travel to client sites or community events using a **company vehicle**, ensuring seamless client care and program support.
