Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring HVAC installations are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain smooth project delivery.
* Manage and supervise site teams, providing clear direction and resolving on-site challenges as they arise.
* Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards and project documentation.
* Report on site performance, progress, and issues to senior management while maintaining strong client relationships.
About you
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor on commercial HVAC projects.
* Strong knowledge of central plant and chiller systems, along with other mechanical services and installation standards.
* Ability to lead and motivate site teams while coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Current trade qualifications and/or relevant licences, with a strong focus on safety and compliance.

* Remuneration based on skills and experience - up to $120k + super + car.
