The Role:
* Manage an exceptionally well-maintained portfolio of approximately 160 properties – all properties are local
* Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests
* Support from repairs & maintenance team
* Resolve escalated issues and complaints
* Support from offshore administration
* NO leasing
* NO administration
The Candidate:
* The Tools of the Trade – Certificate of Registration or License, car, driver's license
* A background in Property Management
* A natural relationship builder with exemplary customer service
* Immaculate personal presentation
* Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
* The ability to work in a top-performing team
