Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative and operational support to the Council Operations Manager
* Assist with quotes, purchase orders, and budget monitoring
* Manage records, schedules, travel, meetings, and event logistics
* Prepare reports, correspondence, and financial documents
* Support recruitment and HR activities
* Take minutes at Local Authority meetings and liaise with stakeholders
* Promote a safe and culturally respectful workplace
Qualifications and Skills:
* Strong executive-level administration and secretarial skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* High attention to detail and organisational skills
* Experience with Office 365; knowledge of Approval Max and Roubler desirable
* Current Driver’s Licence and ability to obtain Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card) and recent Criminal History Check
