About the Job
* Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and report serious incidents promptly.
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the service, providing top quality care and education across 3 developmental milestones.
* Become the key point of contact for existing families, handling feedback and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with advisors to meet/exceed national standards, uphold cleanliness and safety, and address service issues.
* Lead growth, workforce management, and employee development including recruitment, training, performance, and retention.
About You
* Proven experience as a Centre Manager in early childhood education, preferably with large service experience.
* Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
* Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
* Strong leadership, budgeting, and time management skills, with attention to detail.
* Valid Working with Children Check, current Driver's Licence, and a proactive attitude.
