* Valid Licenses: Hold a valid HR, HC, and MC license with MC being a requirement.
* Driving Experience: Previous experience driving HR, HC, and MC vehicles in Australia is essential.
* Competency Tickets: Possess construction plant competency tickets.
* Heavy Machinery Operation: Able to drive heavy machinery on and off float trailers.
* Equipment Handling: Load and unload other equipment including trench shields and hydraulic hammers.
