Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee and manage our company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the company by providing accurate financial information, analyzing financial data, and developing strategic financial plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability
- Create and maintain financial reports and forecasts for the management team
- Monitor and analyze financial results, such as cash flow, budget variances, and profitability
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all tax and financial regulations
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize company resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Train and supervise the finance team to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities effectively
- Participate in strategic planning and provide recommendations for enhancing financial performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in finance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a similar finance role, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
- Proficient in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and meeting targets
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
