We are seeking a permanent full‐time Digital Content & Creative Manager – ANZ to join our friendly and skilled Digital team, to be located in our ANZ Northgate Head Office.

Reporting to the Head of Digital – ANZ, this critical role to our business growth will lead our social‐first content strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement and conversion across our digital ecosystem.

As Metagenics continues to evolve our consumer digital journey and build on strong growth achieved to date, we seek a Digital Content & Creative Manager to help scale the next phase of digital growth through the development of high‐quality digital content across both paid and organic channels, focusing on social media, influencer partnerships, UGC and digital storytelling across our customer journey. Additionally, this versatile appointment will support website content, SEO and broader campaign activity and work closely with digital, brand and performance marketing teams, acting as a lynchpin ensuring our content is platform‐native, high performing and optimised for growth across social, paid media and e‐commerce channels.

Leading a team of three in‐house content creators and influencer specialists, this role will provide direction, coaching and support to ensure the consistent delivery of high‐quality, high‐performing content. The role also acts as the primary liaison with agency partners and external creative freelancers, coordinating production, managing briefs and ensuring all content aligns with brand standards, campaign objectives and digital performance goals.

Our ideal appointment will be obsessed with social media; live and breathe what's happening across platforms like TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, on the lookout for emerging trends, viral formats and new ways brands are showing up creatively.

Key responsibilities
* Develop and execute a social‐first content strategy aligned with the AOP, digital growth priorities and brand objectives.
* Lead the planning and delivery of a consistent pipeline of content across social, website, paid media and digital channels.
* Maintain and manage the digital content calendar, ensuring alignment with key campaigns, launches and trading priorities.
* Identify opportunities to repurpose and scale content across multiple channels and formats.
* Develop and manage the organic social media strategy across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels.
* Plan and deliver platform‐native content designed to maximise engagement, reach and audience growth.
* Oversee social listening and community engagement to strengthen brand connection with consumers.
* Build and scale the influencer and creator program, identifying relevant partners and ensuring creator relationships are nurtured by the team.
* Brief and manage influencer agencies and ambassador partners to deliver high‐quality, authentic content aligned with brand messaging.
* Drive the development and use of user‐generated content to support both organic social and paid media campaigns.
* Ensure influencer and creator partnerships deliver measurable impact across brand awareness, engagement and acquisition.
* Lead the production of best‐in‐class digital content including low‐fi video, photography, educational content and campaign creative.
* Work with designers, photographers, videographers, creators and agency partners to deliver high‐quality assets.
* Ensure content production processes are efficient and scalable to support ongoing digital growth.
* Maintain strong creative standards and ensure content reflects the brand's tone, positioning and visual identity across all digital channels.
* Develop and optimise website and landing page content that supports e‐commerce growth and conversion.
* Work with the eCommerce team and SEO agency to identify content opportunities and improve organic search performance.
* Ensure product pages, educational content and blog content support both SEO and customer education.
Skills and experience
* Degree in marketing, digital, communication, or related disciplines (essential).
* Significant tenure and impact in digital or social media roles, building social‐first content.
* Experience in leading a team, including management of workload & professional development.
* A deep understanding of current platforms, algorithms and emerging trends.
* A gifted storyteller with exceptional copywriting and editing skills.
* Experience leading influencer and UGC programs and a track record of scaling successfully.
* Demonstrated ability and understanding of digital marketing reporting systems including Google Analytics, Google Keyword Tool, Data Studio and BI Tools (Microsoft Power BI desired but not mandatory), highly regarded.
