Role overview
As Retail Manager, you will set the daily tone, mentor the team, and drive strategic decisions that position us as a leader in the Northern Rivers. You’ll oversee the store’s day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and guiding the team to perform at their best.
Key responsibilities
● Manage overall store operations.
● Determinate product mix, stock levels, and service standards.
● Implement purchasing policies, supplier management, and pricing.
● Manage direct customer service and advice on seasonal products.
● Support local promotion/advertising of the venue.
● Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and finances.
● Create and manage budgets for efficient financial management.
● Recruit, train, roster, and supervise staff.
● Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS and regulatory requirements.
Skills & experience
● Around 1–2+ years experience as a retail manager. (or in a closely related role)
● Strong communication and leadership skills ;
● Ability to work as part of a team .
● Willingness to relocate if necessary.
● Able to work weekends and split shifts.
