Spare Parts Coordinator - Mining OEM
We're partnering with a leading underground mining OEM to recruit a Spare Parts Sales Coordinator for their Perth (Midvale) branch.
This role sits within a close-knit service support team, supporting underground mining operations across Australia through spare parts coordination, internal sales and customer support.
You'll start on a 6-month contract through Marble, with a clear pathway into a permanent position based on performance.

The Role
You'll be the key link between customers, field service teams and internal departments, ensuring parts are sourced, quoted and delivered efficiently.
Key responsibilities
* Manage spare parts enquiries, quotations and sales orders
* Identify correct parts using manuals, drawings and technical docs
* Provide pricing, lead times and availability to customers
* Coordinate with warehouse, procurement and logistics teams
* Manage backorders and customer updates
* Organise freight and delivery to mine sites
* Maintain accurate records across ERP/CRM systems
* Follow up quotes to drive conversion
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years in spare parts, internal sales or coordination role
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Experience processing purchase & sales orders
Highly Regarded
* Mining, heavy equipment or industrial background
* ERP experience (Dynamics 365 ideal)
* Ability to interpret parts manuals or technical drawings
* Mechanical or hydraulic understanding
