Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Officer (Land & Sea) to join our growing team. This role will involve coordinating land and sea freight operations, liaising with clients, carriers, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and efficient transportation solutions ensuring supply chain efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee land freight operations
* Manage bookings with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transport providers
* Track shipments and provide stakeholders with timely updates
* Work closely with warehousing, distribution, and customer service teams
* Maintain accurate records of logistics activities
Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply is preferable but not essential
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
* Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
