Business Overview Our Legal & Tax teams work with the business and our investors to provide support on our global products and services, and the markets in which we operate. The Role As the Corporate Receptionist to be the vital part of our day-to-day operations in our York Street office. As our Corporate Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our workplace runs smoothly while delivering a professional and warm experience to everyone who walks through our doors. Create a standout first impression for all visitors and stakeholders Manage front-of-house operations, including reception and meeting room coordination Organise meeting logistics and arrange catering with precision Support efficient office operations and workplace facilities Provide high-quality administrative support to leaders and teams Coordinate travel and handle day-to-day admin tasks Process expense claims and invoices accurately and efficiently Your Background and Experience You bring experience in reception, concierge, or a similar customer-facing role. You are a professional, friendly, and approachable communicator who thrives on creating positive first impressions. Highly organised with a strong attention to detail, you excel in environments where you can effectively manage multiple tasks at once.
