Account Executive
This is a new business acquisition style role selling to the enterprise sector.
* A $300-350,000 uncapped OTE
We are looking for an Account Executive to sell our automation platform to the enterprise sector across Australia and New Zealand.
The key responsibilities include:
* New business development, selling the company's multi-modular SaaS platform to the Australian enterprise sector - focusing on heavily regulated industry verticals e.g. Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Legal, Professional Services and Government
* Net new logo acquisition and upselling new software modules to existing enterprise customers
* Handing off accounts to a dedicated account management and CSM team after they have been onboarded
* Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue sales targets
* Executive level presentations and contract negotiations
* Representing the company at industry events
* Effective territory, forecasting and pipeline management
The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum 3 years' experience working as Business Development Manager / Account Executive in the technology sales industry
* This experience will ideally be working for a recognised SaaS/PaaS vendor
* A demonstrated track record of success working in a 360 degree (outbound focused) new business hunting role where you haven't relied on a SDR/BDR team to book your meetings
* Ability to clearly and quickly articulate business benefits of the company's solutions
* An entrepreneurial mindset, ability to own and develop sales strategies and able to take calculated risks
* Superior presentation and negotiation skills and ability to converse with senior marketing decision makers up to C level
* Team player with a proven track record of achieving a personal sales target
