About the Role
We are seeking a Property Asset Administrator to join our team on a Full-Time basis. This is an opportunity to work from various locations within WA, or remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople.
* Identify and cultivate new opportunities for existing clients' investments.
* Maintain and coordinate maintenance and repairs promptly and efficiently.
* Manage lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, and rent collection.
* Process tenant applications.
* Coordinate inspections with an on-site inspector for support.
* Evaluate compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
* Prioritize excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally.
About You
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* A registered property management certification with 2+ years of experience.
* Familiarity with Residential Tenancy Legislation.
* A current driver's license.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
* A keen eye for detail.
* Proven teamwork capabilities with good time management skills.
* An affinity for technology and continuous learning.
