What’s on Offer Day shift only – no night work $29 per hour Super 15% Afternoon Shift Allowance 38-40 hours per week Stable, long-term employment with a reputable manufacturer Full training and skill development provided Clean, organised workplace with strong safety procedures Supportive team culture and clear production processes Key Responsibilities Operate food processing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently Follow production instructions, batch sheets, and quality procedures Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety (GMP/HACCP) Complete basic production and quality documentation accurately Assist with production line changeovers and material supply Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets About You Experience in food manufacturing, production, or a similar environment (preferred but not essential) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new production tasks Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment (12–16°C) Physically capable of manual handling up to 12kg Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Eligibility Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
