About the role
We are seeking Individual Support Workers to provide in-home support for our clients located in Geelong.
We are looking for Support Workers who have experience supporting Aged Care & Disability clients with Personal Care, Social Support and Domestic Support.

Your key responsibilities
Our team is looking for a dedicated and passionate Support Workers who can undertake the following key responsibilities:
Personal Care
Social Care
Domestic Assistance
Medication Administration
Manual Handling
Supporting the client to access the community
Behavioural Management
About you
To join our team, we are looking for the following skills and experience:
Full Driver's Licence and reliable car
NDIS Workers Screening Check
Working with Children Clearance
Current First Aid & CPR Certification
Manual Handling Certification
Assist with Medication Certification
English Fluency - verbal and written
Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent required
We are also looking for someone with great communication skills, who works well in a team, has a caring and supportive nature, and is client-focused.
We are looking for support workers who can commit to 1-2 shifts per week as a minimum, we have shifts available throughout the week and during the weekend.
Shift times vary between 7am to 9:30pm.
We may also have some night shifts available.
