What You'll Be Doing
You'll work closely with management to coordinate and deliver a variety ofcommercial and residential plumbing projects, ensuring the team operates safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
Day-to-day, you'll
Supervise and coordinate site-based plumbing crews
Manage materials, schedules, and subcontractors
Support apprentices and less experienced plumbers
Communicate with clients, builders, and suppliersMonitor project progress and quality outcomes
Contribute to problem-solving and job planning
This is a hands-on leadership role that blends practical plumbing expertise with site coordination and team development.

Requirements
What You'll Bring
Qualified plumber (Cert III minimum)
Experience on commercial or residential plumbing projects
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Excellent communication and organization skills
A team-first mindset with natural leadership ability
Comfortable using digital job management tools
Current valid driver's licence and White Card
