An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Outage Scheduler to support a major power generation outage at Pinjar Power Station. Working as part of the outage team, you will play a critical role in developing, managing, and optimising the outage schedule from planning through to execution and close‐out.
This position will suit a scheduler with strong shutdown/outage experience who thrives in fast‐paced project environments and enjoys working closely with operations, maintenance teams, and contractors to deliver successful outage outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain the master outage schedule from planning through to project completion.
* Coordinate and integrate work scopes, contractor schedules, and resource requirements into a single project schedule.
* Monitor outage progress, update schedules, and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders.
* Identify schedule risks, critical path impacts, and opportunities to improve project efficiency.
* Work closely with outage teams, contractors, and site leadership to support successful outage delivery.
* Contribute to project close‐out activities, including schedule analysis and lessons learned.

Profile
* Previous experience as a Scheduler on power generation, shutdown, outage, maintenance, or heavy industrial projects
* Ability to analyse critical path activities and identify schedule risks
* Experience coordinating multiple contractors and work fronts during execution
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* A proactive approach to problem‐solving and schedule optimisation
