If this aligns at all, then Preacta has a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be a foundational leader in our rapidly growing Talent Solutions division where you will play a critical role in defining our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, building our sales framework, setting the strategic direction and establishing or developing business opportunities that will directly impact our team's short, medium, and long-term success.
Who this could be perfect for?
We are searching for a visionary Sales Director to establish and lead our new Talent Solutions sales function.
This is a ground-floor position – there's no legacy role to inherit, this is a blank canvas opportunity for you to shape and grow.
Option 1 - The Talent Acquisition Industry Expert
You're a highly respected and well networked Senior Talent Acquisition Leader ready to move into a more commercial, strategic space.
You understand hiring challenges from the inside out and that change happens from the top-down, and now want to apply that knowledge and expertise to help multiple organisations evolve their TA functions through driving measurable commercial outcomes.
Option 2 - The HR/Recruitment/Talent Tech Sales or Business Development Trailblazer
You're a highly experienced Sales or BD professional with a strong track record of selling in the Recruitment, HR, or Talent Tech space.
You're used to winning multi-million dollar deals, building trusted partnerships, as well as influencing at executive level and now you're motivated to sell something more meaningful – professional services that truly transform and improve how businesses hire, grow, and scale.
What you can bring:
A passion for sales, networking, and strategic relationship-building.
A metrics mindset – you value structure, process, and performance visibility.
The ability to influence and present to senior stakeholders (Heads of TA, People, Procurement, CTOs, CIOs, CPOs).
Resilience and curiosity – you love solving commercial challenges in a greenfield environment.
A consultative, solutions-based sales approach, not a transactional, hard sell only approach.
Highly experienced in Recruitment/HR/Talent Tech/SaaS Sales, or as a Senior Talent Acquisition leader with strong commercial acumen.
