Birthday party host (redbank plains)

MyFirstGym is a one stop fitness shop for children from 7 months right through to 15 years. We deliver outcome based programs and inspire kids to fall in love with movement and fitness.

Our development programs are designed to improve children's physical literacy, while our specialty programs are designed to focus on specific sports. Our specialty programs include Martial Arts, Ninja Warrior, Yoga, Dance, Gymnastics, Cheer, Parkour, Boxing and MFG Fit.

MyFirstGym Coaches are not just coaches, they are mentors, friends and role models who are passionate about working with children.

The role of a MyFirstGym Coach is to inspire children to love movement and fitness, and help them to progress from class to class. We are looking for coaches and party hosts to add to our team to commence ASAP.

We have classes across our timetable morning and afternoon, 7 days per week. Our coaches also assist with events, birthday parties and assist with admin duties.

MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR SATURDAY AND SUNDAY WORK.

At MFG we love celebrating birthday parties! We are looking to add another superstar to our party staff. We will provide all the training to help you excel. Ideally you will have a background in early childhood education, sports coaching or fitness.

Birthday parties are held on a Saturday and Sunday afternoon.

• Experience working with children
• Hold a current working with children's check, Blue card a must
• First Aid Certificate (ideal but not essential)
• Current certification in Children's Services (ideal but not essential)
• Fitness qualification (ideal but not essential)
• Robust customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to redirect and think quick on your toes

This role is all about inspiring the younger generation to grow up fit and healthy all while getting to do what you love.
