Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Manage the switchboard, process payments, and conduct daily reconciliations.
* Deliver exceptional service to members, sponsors, guests, and visitors.
* Support various departments with administrative tasks.
* Promote Club Membership and provide relevant information to potential new members.
* Compile monthly Membership reports and ensure all procedures are followed.
