Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable and friendly Duty Managers to join the team. Our Duty Managers will be responsible for the day-to-day pool operations within our facility and ensure that all areas both in and surrounding our pools is a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the maintenance of high standards of customer service
* Develop and implement effective strategies to promote a positive and inclusive culture
* Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
* National Police Check
* Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
