**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Marketing Development**: Collaborate in crafting compelling marketing materials tailored to domestic and international audiences, aligning with the college's brand and academic standards.
- **Agent/Partner Management**: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing management to our network of agents and partners, equipping them with the tools needed for effective student outreach.
- **Event Representation**: Be the face of Curtin College at key recruitment events and expos, engaging with potential students and stakeholders to promote our educational offerings.
- **Enquiry Response and Conversion**: Respond to enquiries from prospective students with a strategic approach, employing conversion tactics to turn interest into confirmed enrolment
- **Experience**: A solid background in domestic student recruitment with the capability to adapt these strategies to international markets. Prior experience with African and Middle Eastern markets is highly desirable.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, strategic planning, and marketing skills, with a flair for developing relationships and building networks.
- **Education**: A Bachelor's degree - preferably in Marketing and/or extensive work experience in a related field
