As a Senior Health Insurance Advisor, you’ll engage with hot outbound leads in a consultative, relaxed approach, as customers have already agreed to a review - no dialler system. You'll perform a needs analysis and provide tailored health insurance solutions that best fit their circumstances. The Role Manage outbound calls to hot leads who have already expressed interest in switching or reviewing their health insurance Perform a needs analysis to understand the customer needs so you can sell them a new policy to better suit their current health insurance needs Utilize cutting edge systems and work with Zoho, Aircall, Google Meets and Gmail to manage customer interactions effectively Fast track your success with one-week extensive in-house training with the co-founder to get you selling quickly Follow quality assurance checklists to make sure you are complaint on your calls The Benefits $70,000-$100,000 package uncapped commissions On-site Office located in South Yarra with free underground parking Work flexible hours between 8am-6pm.
