About the Role
As Tenancy Manager, you'll be the go-to person for all things tenancy. From building strong relationships with residents to ensuring compliance and smooth operations, your work will directly improve lives.
This role offers a SCHADS Level 3 salary, paying circa $75,000 + Super + Salary Packaging benefits, bringing your total package to over $93,000 per year.

* Manage tenancy agreements, rent reviews, and arrears
* Resolve tenancy issues with empathy and professionalism
* Coordinate maintenance and property upkeep
* Ensure compliance with legislation and policies
