Administrative Officer Role
This role is responsible for providing high-level administrative support across the service.
* Provide administrative assistance to ensure efficient operations.
* Manage incoming enquiries via phone and email, responding to queries in a timely manner.
* Maintain accurate records for educators, families, and children, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organisational policies and regulations.
* Support educator documentation, including Blue Cards, insurances, and training currency.
* Prepare enrolment packs, documentation, and compliance registers, maintaining quality standards.
* Assist with scheduling, reporting, and event preparation, such as playgroups and PD sessions.
* Process educator timesheets and pay documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Generate and send invoices, track outstanding payments, and assist with debt recovery.
* Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records, providing transparent financial management.
