I am currently partnered with a Not For Profit organisation in Geelong, to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant for an ongoing, permanent opportunity.
**Your new role**
This role will see you working full-time OR part-time hours (it's up to you!), with the flexibility of working from home on occasion.
As the Executive Assistant, you will be supporting the CEO, Executive Leadership team and Board/ Committees as required. Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include:
- Provide sound office administration management, organisational and executive support services to achieve objectives and enhance the day to day effectiveness of the CEO and Executive Leadership Team 
- Monitor the inbox of Executives, ensuring communications are cascaded to the Leadership team 
- Maintain a comprehensive diary system for the relevant Executive/s, scheduling meetings and appointments and coordinate the organisation of meetings, ensuring agendas, minutes and briefing papers are provided on time 
- Assist with the planning, logistics and implementation of executive and leadership workshops, training and events 
- Organise and coordinate travel, accomodation, venue arrangements and itineraries 
- Coordinate and reconcile invoices, receipts and credit card statements for expenditure 
- Coordinate submission of Board papers and reports, communicating deadlines to the Leadership team 
- Support company audit processes and make recommendations
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed as the Executive Assistant, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant to an Executive/Senior level leader 
- Demonstrated ability to exercise professional discretion and good judgement 
- Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to understand and navigate complex professional settings 
- High level administration experience including diary management and scheduling, budget oversight, report and correspondence preparation 
- Advanced IT proficiency with the MS Office suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook 
- Strong organisational and time management skills 
- High attention to detail and proactiveness 
- Ability to work within a confidential and sensitive environment 
- Full Australian working rights
