At ANZUK Education, we connect passionate educators with communities that thrive, ensuring services continue to run even when the unexpected happens.
We're looking for a people-focused, organised and proactive Recruiter to join our Out of School Hours Care team, supporting services across Victoria and New South Wales. This is an entry-level to early-career opportunity, with a clear pathway into a full Recruitment Consultant role as you grow your skills and portfolio.
You won't just be recruiting - you'll be helping deliver meaningful experiences for children and supporting vital school communities every day.
Your role
As a Recruiter, you'll play a key role in attracting, engaging and supporting educators for temporary OSHC opportunities. You'll work closely with Consultants while building your own foundation to step into a full 360 recruitment role.
Over time, you'll evolve into managing your own portfolio - including educator relationships, service partnerships, and business development.
What you'll do
* Source, screen and interview educators, building a strong OSHC talent pool across VIC & NSW
* Match educators to roles quickly while delivering a reliable, high‐quality service
* Support and guide educators through compliance
* Build relationships with centres and support client needs alongside Consultants
* Contribute to business growth and gradually take ownership of your own portfolio
* Deliver a standout experience and collaborate within a high‐performing, supportive team
Your first few months
* Learn our systems, compliance processes and booking workflows
* Build strong relationships with educators
* Get hands‐on with sourcing, screening and daily bookings
* Develop confidence in fast‐paced temp recruitment
* Deliver consistent, high‐quality service to educators and clients
From there, you'll have opportunities to:
* Progress into a Recruitment Consultant role
* Step into Senior, Account Management or recruitment pathways
* Specialise within OSHC or broader Education divisions
* Build a long‐term career with ANZUK globally
About you
You thrive in people-focused, fast‐moving environments and enjoy building relationships.
You'll likely bring:
* Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, call centres or similar people‐facing roles
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* Excellent organisation and ability to juggle competing priorities
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset
* Commercial awareness and emotional intelligence
You'll also have:
* Full working rights in Australia
* A valid driver's licence
* Willingness to obtain a Volunteer WWCC
Experience in education or OSHC is a bonus - but not essential.
Why ANZUK?
* Clear pathway: Recruiter - Consultant - Senior
* Ongoing training, coaching and career development
* Hybrid working
* Social events, wellbeing initiatives & committees
* Breakfast, snacks + office perks
* EAP + benefits platform access
* Annual Gala
Why this role?
This is a role where your impact is immediate and tangible. Every placement you make helps keep services running and supports children, families and communities.
What I love most is the people. Everyone wants you to succeed.
If you're energised by fast‐paced days, passionate about people, and looking to build a meaningful career in recruitment - we'd love to hear from you.
