Job Description
This is a permanent, full-time role based within Southern New South Wales Local Health District.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement education and training programs for nurses and midwives across SNSWLHD.
* Coordinate the delivery of nursing and midwifery education and orientation programs.
Selection Criteria:
* A current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Midwife.
* Recent experience in clinical practice with a postgraduate qualification in health education or relevant field or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience.
* Demonstrated effective leadership skills including highly developed skills in communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
