About the Role
We are seeking experienced support staff to provide assistance with personal care, catheter management and bowel therapy for a young adult male living with spinal cord injury and Level 3 Autism.
Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, medication administration, meal preparation and domestic tasks. The successful candidate will also be required to provide home exercise programs and community access.
* Australian Driver Licence is required for transport and outings
* Current National Police Clearance is necessary for background checks
* Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required for safeguarding vulnerable individuals
* NDIS Worker Screening Check is essential for compliance
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or equivalent is preferred but not essential for this role
Pay Rates
* Day shift: $40.00 per hour
* Afternoon Shift: $44.00 per hour
* Saturday shift: $56.00 per hour
* Sunday shift: $72.00 per hour
