Front Office Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service to guests
2. Process guest check-ins and outs efficiently
3. Accurately use the booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
4. Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track accommodation readiness
5. Supply guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest
6. Maintain excellent relationships with park teams, residents and guests
Requirements:
* Previous experience in Front Office roles within hospitality
* Possess a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to handle cash transactions accurately
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
