Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Officer based in Albany, WA. The Customer Service Officer will manage day-to-day interactions with customers, provide assistance with inquiries, process orders, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to maintain strong relationships with clients.

* Experience in a customer-facing role or similar position is an advantage
* Familiarity with the steel or construction industry is beneficial but not mandatory
