Fleet Sales Manager


Torella Group | Automotive, Motorcycle & Agricultural Fleet

Torella Group is a growing automotive, motorcycle and powersports group representing some of the strongest vehicle and off-road brands in Australia. We are seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to lead and grow fleet, government, business and agricultural sales across our multi-brand portfolio.

This role is responsible for building long-term relationships with corporate, SME, government, mining, construction and agricultural clients, positioning Torella Group as a trusted fleet partner across light commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles, motorcycles and Polaris off-road products.

You will be responsible for fleet and business development across:

* RAM Trucks
* LDV
* Renault
* KGM / SsangYong
* Polaris (Agricultural, rural, utility & commercial applications)
* Indian Motorcycle
* Royal Enfield
* Segway Powersports


The Role


As Fleet Sales Manager, you will own the end-to-end fleet sales function, from prospecting and relationship building through to tender submissions, vehicle delivery and ongoing account management.


What you'll be doing

* Proactively identify, develop and manage fleet, business and government clients
* Grow fleet opportunities across:

* Trades and SMEs

* Agriculture and rural businesses (Polaris focus)
* Construction and mining
* Corporate and government fleets
* Promote and sell the full Torella Group vehicle range including:

* Light commercial vehicles

* Passenger vehicles
* Heavy-duty and specialty vehicles
* Agricultural and off-road solutions
* Manage and respond to fleet tenders and proposals
* Build strong relationships with:

* Fleet managers

* Procurement teams
* Business owners
* Government departments
* Work closely with internal sales, finance and aftersales teams to deliver complete fleet solutions
* Coordinate pricing, vehicle specifications, accessories and delivery schedules
* Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting
* Represent Torella Group at industry events, trade shows and client meetings
* Ensure a professional, solutions-focused customer experience from enquiry to delivery


About you

* Proven experience in fleet, business-to-business or commercial vehicle sales
* Strong understanding of:

* Fleet structures

* Procurement processes
* Government and corporate buying cycles
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Commercially minded with a strong sales drive
* Highly organised and capable of managing a large sales pipeline
* Confident presenting solutions to senior decision-makers
* Automotive industry experience highly regarded
* Experience in agricultural, off-road or Polaris products highly advantageous
* Australian work rights required
