Reporting to the Group Parts Manager, the focus of this role is to liaise with trade and internal customers where you will provide product advice, interpret parts from electronic catalogues as well as processing motor vehicle parts orders. If you have a positive 'can do' attitude, passion for providing great service and a willingness to learn and work in a team environment this could be your next opportunity.
* Parts Interpreting for trade, internal and retail customers
* Answering the parts phone and interpreting parts – Internal and External
* Attend to customers efficiently and courteously
* Handle internal & external business as required
* Liaise with warehouse staff
* Previous Interpreting experience with motor vehicles will be highly regarded but not necessary as training will be provided
* Communicate clearly with customers & possess a good phone manner
* ERA (Pentana) - candidates exposed to this system would be highly regarded but not essential
