We are seeking a warm, professional, and highly organised School Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our vibrant school community. This part‑time, permanent role is integral to the smooth running of the school's front office, providing exceptional administrative support and a welcoming atmosphere for students, parents, staff, and visitors.
This is a 25‑hour per week position, working Monday to Friday in the afternoons (there may be some flexibility with the daily hours worked for a preferred candidate).
Key Responsibilities
* Reception and Front Office Management: Manage the reception area by greeting visitors, ensuring they sign in, and maintaining a professional and tidy environment.
* Communication: Handle all incoming calls and manage the main reception email account with professionalism and efficiency.
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have a professional and personable demeanor with a welcoming attitude.
* Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Be able to provide high‑quality customer service and administrative support.
* Work effectively as a collaborative team member.
* Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Possess a current First Aid/CPR certificate or be willing to obtain one.
You will be required to support the Christian ethos of the College.
You will need to provide a current Working With Children Check Clearance Number and date of birth.
