A Bit About the Role
In this office-based role, you'll be the glue that keeps projects running smoothly.
You'll coordinate project timelines, share updates with customers, and work closely with our Engineering and Production teams to make sure everything stays on track.
Think of yourself as the customer's champion and the team organiser.

What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinating projects from start to finish
* Updating schedules and keeping everyone in the loop
* Sharing regular updates with customers
* Building strong relationships with internal teams and customers
* Spotting and solving small issues before they become big ones
* Advocating for the customer at every stage
What We're Looking For
* Experience in coordination, administration, or customer service
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
* Strong organisational and time‑management abilities
* Comfortable using IT systems and learning new tools quickly
* A customer‑first mindset and collaborative approach
* Calmness under pressure and a solution‑focused attitude
* (Bonus) Experience in project work or technical environments
