Bailey Brewing Co is looking for a Brewers Assistant / Greenkeeper role at their Swan Valley
venue, which features a state-of-the-art brewery, 245 - capacity tavern and nature playground.
You will spend around three days a week working with our award winning master brewer, and a couple of days a week maintaining the gardens and general maintenance duties across the venue.
While this is an entry level position, we have some key requirements .
Hands on knowledge and understanding of the practice of brewing beer, and indeed the cultural significance of beer. This may involve working a brewery, or may involve you making your own homebrew, but either way you must have this knowledge and experience.
Experience and willingness to get involved in physical work in the nurturing and maintenance of the gardens.
Computer literacy and competence in the Microsoft Office / 365 suite.
A genuine willingness to develop into a Brewer, while also enjoying outdoor / garden maintenance.
An authentic passion for brewing, beer and the hospitality industry.
Ideally gardening / landscaping experience.
You need to be reliable, professional and hard‑working, with references to back this up.
Have your own reliable transport and licence.
The ideal candidate will have a hand on approach, be self-driven and most importantly a team player.

Constant support and relevant training by senior management staff.
Hours are Monday to Friday, not hospitality hours.
