Join our dynamic team in Building and Contents Claims. This role is central to Youi’s reputation and relationships as you play a crucial part in end-to-end service delivery of claims when our customers need us the most. By being the point of contact for clients and all service providers, you'll utilise your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to ensure our Youi clients have a positive and memorable claims experience.
About The Role
Full-time and onsite, Monday to Friday at our Sippy Downs officeManage your own portfolio of building and contents claimsEnsure smooth processing of claims, from start to finishProblem solving to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and YouiBe the direct point of contact for customers, service providers, and assessors
About You
Experience in administration, with high attention to detailFamiliarity with case or portfolio management is a plus Experience in navigating and learning computer systemsStrong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilitiesExceptional verbal and written communication skillsEffectively present and articulate information
