With around 1,000 staff across 15 offices in Australia, New Zealand, and Malaysia—and new offices opening in Rome and Singapore in 2025—we’re at the forefront of the global energy transition.Now, we’re growing our team in Perth, Brisbane, and Kuala Lumpur.Why Join Us?Work on groundbreaking projects with power utilities, renewable energy developers, and industrial clients.Collaborate with Australia's largest Power Systems team, including 90+ specialists across ANZ.Accelerate your career with tailored development pathways, mentorship, and leadership opportunities—whatever your level.Make a real impact on the decarbonisation of the global energy sector.What You’ll Do:Depending on your experience, you'll contribute to or lead:Advanced modelling and simulation (static, dynamic, EMT studies)Power system studies for grid connections, renewable integration and mining infrastructure.Arc-flash studies, site-wide audits, and risk-based assessments.High voltage submissions and compliance reviews, including support for mining and industrial clients.Model validation, compliance analysis, and performance assessmentsControl and protection system design for utility and renewable projectsProject delivery, stakeholder engagement, and resource managementMentoring and technical leadership within a collaborative teamWhat You Bring:A degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)At least 3 years of relevant industry experience (more for senior roles)Proficiency with key industry software (DIgSILENT PowerFactory, PSCAD, PSS/E, ETAP)Strong communication and teamwork skillsA genuine passion for power systems and innovationPython coding skills; FORTRAN knowledge a plusCPEng or NER registrationProtection and earthing systems experience (incl.
