About the Role
We're looking for a creative and trend-driven Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Designer, you'll partner with Buying and Trend to create product ranges that align with our brand DNA. You'll push boundaries by developing fresh concepts, evolving bestsellers, and ensuring each product is designed with purpose. From trend direction to fabric strategy, you'll be across the full design process—delivering accurate tech packs, collaborating with suppliers, and ensuring fit and function are on point.
Responsibilities include:
1. Developing innovative and commercial product designs
2. Collaborating with Design, Buying and Production teams to bring products to life
3. Leading and coaching a team of designers

Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design or a related field
Previous experience in a Designs role, holistically working across total collections
Strong trend awareness and the ability to translate concepts into commercial product
Experience working with Design, Buying and Production teams to bring product to life
Leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and ability to create accurate tech packs
A problem-solving mindset and passion for innovation and sustainability
