We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team based at our Sydney Head Office.

The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and assistance across our Head Office and retail outlets, responding to staff queries via the service desk.
","
This role ensures that all core systems are current, stable and responsive.
","
Main Responsibilities:

* Provide support for in-house POS software and POS terminals.
","
* User creation and management, e.g., Password reset and disabling the account.
","
* Troubleshooting, installing, and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers.
","
* Provide guidance or training to end users.
","
* Pro-actively follow up to ensure users are satisfied and updated of the progress of their queries.
","
","
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
","
* Excellent communication skills.
","
* A high level of initiative and great time management required.
","
* Strong organisational skills and a 'can do' attitude.
","
* Be able to work independently and as part of a team.

* Willingness to travel occasionally and work on some weekends and public holidays.

* Have a current Australian Drivers Licence.

* Strong skills in documenting and communicating solutions to the broader IT team.
