Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Retail Sales Floor Manager to join our team. This dynamic role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless launch and exceptional customer experiences in a brand-new setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales by utilizing retail tools to meet budgets and implement brand retail strategy.
* Discuss business opportunities and action plans with the manager.
* Act as manager-on-duty when the manager is absent.
* Support the manager in integrating and training new team members.
* Assist in timely implementation of Visual Merchandising concepts.
* Sustain a positive atmosphere within the boutique; optimistic, constructive, helpful, and confident.
* Proactively participate in VIP events and orders, considering boutique opportunities.
* Build genuine relationships with customers.
* Maintain accurate and genuine relationships with customers through attention to existing and new recruitment of VIP, customer, and prospect database for boutique sales and marketing activities.
* Handle client complaints with care and immediately report brand product-related issues to the manager.
* Follow up and coordinate individual repairs and after-sales related matters with Sales Administrators.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Possess a 'can do' attitude and understanding of luxury retail sales floor operations.
* Degree Required.
* 3+ years of prior work experience in luxury retail management and boutique operations with direct reports.
* Critical thinking skills and solution-oriented approaches.
* Initiative, conscientiousness, and complete follow-through on all aspects of responsibility.
* Flexibility to change and adaptable in work responsibilities.
* Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work well within a group/team dynamic.
* Proficiency with MS Office software required – expertise in Excel.
* Secondary language is a plus.
