A leading private aged care provider, they have been providing a wide range of flexible and responsive aged care across Victoria for over 30 years. This role is currently based in Hawthorn, with ample parking available and will be relocating to Richmond, which is accessible via public transport.
**About the role**
The role is a 6-month fixed term maternity leave contract in the Accounts Payable team. This Accounts Payable Officer position involves high volume invoice processing, approximately 200 invoices daily. Offering fabulous flexibility, you will have the chance to work from home 3-4 days per week and from the office 1-2 days per week.
**Duties**
- High volume invoice processing (up to 200 daily)
- Adhoc accounts administration
- Account queries
**Skills & experience**
- Previous experience in a similar Accounts Payable invoice processing role is essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
